Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. If there is a delay for any reason, we will let you know by email. During peak times (public holidays, promotions/sales, black Friday & Christmas) orders may take slightly longer to reach you.

Orders made after 2pm (GMT) on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (Excluding bank/public holidays).

 

HOW WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER

When you make an order on nailsbyfifi.com, we will send you a confirmation email. 

We will then process, pick and pack the order (during working days Monday - Friday) we then hand it over to the courier.

You will then receive a shipping confirmation email.

 

FREE SHIPPING

All UK orders over £50, will qualify for free shipping. This will be automatically applied at checkout.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this current time.

  

MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS WRONG

If you have made a mistake on your order, you may be able to update your details, provided this has not already been picked, packed and handed over to the courier. Please email us as soon as possible at nailsbyfifi@outlook.com and we can amend the shipment address for you if it's not too late.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• You'll receive an automatic order confirmation email after purchase (please check your email is correct and check junk mail if you can't find this)
• Orders are dispatched up to 48hrs after your order is placed working days Monday - Friday (please be aware dispatch time can be longer during busy periods)
• Please be aware that we are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at checkout. If you have incorrectly entered your address and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped unfortunately then this is out of our control.
• Should there be any duty to pay on your package, this is the customer’s responsibility.
